General Bearing is always searching for new talent. If your expertise is in the area of mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, metallurgy, or industrial products, GBC may hold a great opportunity for you. We at GBC enjoy a low employee turn-over, but there are positions available from time to time in sales, technical services, general administration, manufacturing and production. Our corporate offices and plant are located in Rockland County. Our salaried, non-union employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit package. The package includes medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing and long term disability insurance. Our union employees receive benefits through Local 3127, the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners. Union benefits include medical, dental and a pension plan. Our union employees are all eligible for our attendance bonus issued each year.
